RETURNS & REFUNDS

All items are pre-owned and one of a kind. Please review all photos and measurements carefully before placing your order.

Refunds or exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:

• The item has a defect or fault that was not disclosed on the product listing
• The size delivered is different from what was stated on the listing

For all other concerns, we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, you will receive store credit equal to the value of your order, which can be used on any future purchase at The 25 Archive.

To raise a concern, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims made after 48 hours will not be entertained.
