SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days of confirmation.
We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on your city.
All orders require full advance payment before dispatch. Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone.
Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared with you.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Due to the exclusive one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, all orders must be confirmed within 6 hours of placement. Full advance payment is required to confirm your order.
If we are unable to reach you or the payment is not received within 6 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled, and the item will be made available to other customers.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All items are pre-owned and one of a kind. Please review all photos and measurements carefully before placing your order.
Refunds or exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:
- The item has a defect or fault that was not disclosed on the product listing
- The size delivered is different from what was stated on the listing
For all other concerns, we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, you will receive store credit equal to the value of your order, which can be used on any future purchase at The 25 Archive.
To raise a concern, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims made after 48 hours will not be entertained.
